Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information and of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our position
MOLVERINE CORP does not sell or rent personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA.
Because no such activity takes place, there is currently nothing to opt out of. We publish this page so that California residents have a clear, dedicated channel to verify that and to register a preference if our practices ever change.
What we do share, and with whom
We use a small set of service providers (subprocessors) — hosting, database, AI inference, transactional email — strictly to deliver the Service to you. They are contractually prohibited from using your personal information for their own purposes. The full list is in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
How to register a preference anyway
If you want us to record an explicit opt-out preference on your account (so it persists across sessions and devices), email us at molverinecorp@gmail.com with the subject line CCPA Opt-Out and the email address associated with your account. We respond within 15 business days.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request for California residents.
Other California rights
California residents also have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy for the full list and for instructions on how to exercise each right.
